Steve Isenburg, MBA, CPCU

Steve Isenburg, MBA, CPCU, has worked in insurance for over twenty-five years, with experience in Claims, Operations and Human Resources. Steve graduated from the University of Richmond in 1988, obtained his CPCU designation in 2001, and received his MBA from Rutgers Business School in 2008.

Steve’s background in insurance includes management positions in a number of areas of claims, including Worker’s Compensation and General Liability. In addition, he is a specialist in developing insurance training programs, having designed numerous orientation, talent development, and leadership programs. His teaching has assisted hundreds in passing the various Institutes examinations and obtaining designations, including AINS, AIC, & CPCU. He has taught CPCU courses for St. John’s School of Risk Management, as well as developing and teaching leadership and communications courses at Rutgers Business School.

Steve’s practical approach will provide a thorough coverage of the course material, while also offering practical examples of how the material is currently impacting the property/casualty industry.
